Acquisition of customers
Until September 2015, our IT activities operated under the name ALLMENDA Social Business Genossenschaft, until August 2012 as Internationaler Medienverbund regGenmbH, and from 1995 to 2002 as PUBLIC VOICE Lab, which we renamed fairkom in 2016 following a decision by our members.

Disclaimer
There can be no guarantee for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the information provided on our web sites and services. Any liability for direct, indirect or other damages, regardless of their causes, arising from the use or unavailability of the data and information on these websites or services is excluded, unless otherwise provided by law. The links to other websites have been carefully selected. However, fairkom assumes no liability for their content, for whatever legal reason.
Cloud Services
Our services are offered in accordance with the fair use principle; the price list published on the Internet applies to storage space and additional packages. If a user makes excessive use of certain resources or uses them for improper purposes (such as sending mass emails or intensive file sharing) or if there are other important reasons, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate access.
We endeavour to maintain the availability of our Internet services at more than 99.7%. You can find the current status here. Of course we make backups and regular security updates. The cloud services are secured with a great deal of commitment and knowledge and are generally available without interruption. However, we are not liable for outages or any loss of data.
A fair network culture is important to us. Anyone who deliberately disrupts our services, for example through bots or countless spam mails, will be reported to the appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to take legal action.
Terms and conditions
The GTC and Cloud GB set out in detail the basis on which we enter into business relationships.
